Annika Wadle has a passion for language – and for all the things it can set in motion. After studying German, English and Communication Studies, she found her place at Mark Lotse, right in the middle of B2B marketing, HubSpot implementations and the kind of client challenges that don't come with a manual. As a HubSpot Consultant, she now does what she once wrote about: building CRM systems from scratch, designing newsletter workflows, leading client meetings at decision-maker level – and finding creative workarounds when the platform reaches its limits. Her goal: to show that structured, smart marketing isn't reserved for big teams or big budgets. Sometimes it just takes the right system, a good brief, and someone willing to figure it out.
